FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: new method of formation of tire bead set contains set of providing of section of top filler from elastomeric material. Additionally top filler allows annular basic section for location so that it is adjoined in axial direction to annular bead bundle on support, and annular narrowed portion for axial passing from basic section and annular bead bundle. Then it is caught leading end of section of top filler so that to hold this end on cylindrical shape elements. Then it is caught trailing end of section of top filler with usage of grabber. It is rotated cylindrical shape element so that section of top filler is winded on it per one turn, herewith grabber and caught trailing end is moved to cylindrical shape element. Then it is connected leading and trailing ends together and it is passed top filler so that basic section radially envelopes anchor ring of bead and sticks to the latter, and narrowed portion pass, substantially, radially outside.

EFFECT: creation of new method and device for formation of set of tire bead.
