SUBSTANCE: drum-type tool comprises central shaft, two clamps for beads and inner bead supports arranged around the shaft spaced apart along the axis on both sides of the drum tool central plane. It comprises also the appliance to expand tire component along the radius. Note here that drum tool comprises the first and second sets of bending levers. Levers on the first free end oriented towards bead clamps are furnished with bending device, for example bending roller and bending band. Opposite ends of levers are pivoted to lever support. Note that proposed drum-type tool comprises additionally appliances to move axially lever supports, second ends of the first and second sets of levers towards each other with simultaneous inclination of levers in radial planes from initial position. The latter is, in fact, parallel to the shaft. Note here that the hollow shaft has peripheral wall with outer diametre. Note also that every set of levers with clamps is arranged on the casing with its ID corresponding to OD of the hollow shaft. Note that proposed assembly comprises at least two pairs of casings. Note also that the first pair of casings is adapted to the first smaller size of first tire, while the second pair is adapted to the second larger size of the second tire. Mind that replaceable pairs of casings are fitted on hollow shaft.
EFFECT: production of drum-type tool to assemble green tire.
