FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: drum allows metallic parts by all periphery. Herewith drum is installed with ability of rotation relative to central axis and contains row of reference element. Reference elements allows rigid bearing surface for tire components and located on periphery of drum. Additionally in plane of cross-section, passing through central axis, reference elements containing mean reference sections and side reference sections, connected to it by means of movement. Additionally mean reference sections are implemented with ability of movement by means of the first displacing facilities between the first position, in which corresponding reference element forms bearing surface, parallel to central axis, and at least one the second position, in which corresponding bearing element forms in essence convex bearing surface. Additionally first displacing facilities are connected to medium reference sections, in order to hold it parallel to central axis in the one second position. Additionally first displacing facilities contain the first tapered facilities and second tapered facilities. Additionally first tapered facilities are located radial inside the second tapered facilities with ability of movement with component of displacement in the direction, parallel to central axis, for displacement by radius of second tapered facilities. Additionally reference elements are connected to second tapered facilities for displacement by means of them. Additionally the first tapered facilities are installed with ability of movement in the direction, parallel to central axis.
EFFECT: creation of breaker drum, by means of which it is possible to manufacture by simple and manageable method sets of breaker layers and sealing layers for tires for extreme use environment of tires, and it is possible to manufacture sets of breaker layers and sealing layers, of different diametres.
