FIELD: pharmacology; utilization of wastes of soya lecithin production. SUBSTANCE: wastes from soya lecithin production are treated with solvent, followed by separating solution, precipitating product-containing phase with acetone, separating precipitate, drying the latter, dissolving precipitate in aqueous solution of protective substance and lyophilization. Novelty of the method resides in that wastes from soya lecithin production are treated with petroleum or diethyl ether, while saccharose in the form of 2-% aqueous solution is used as protective substance.
