FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to solutions for resuspension and storage of components of harvested donor blood (additive solutions), and particularly for resuspension and storage of thrombocyte concentrate (thrombocyte concentrate). Additional solution for storing the thrombocyte concentrate includes sodium, potassium and magnesium chlorides, mono- and disubstituted sodium phosphates and a nutritional component containing sodium citrate and additionally sodium fumarate, wherein the components are taken in the following ratio in millimoles per 1 liter of the solution: 61.0±3.0 sodium chloride, 4.9±0.25 potassium chloride, 1.45±0.25 magnesium chloride, 17.0±0.1 sodium hydrophosphate, 6.65±0.15 sodium dihydrophosphate, 10.75±0.25 sodium citrate and 17.0±5.0 sodium fumarate.
EFFECT: obtaining additional solution for storage of thrombocyte concentrate, which allows preserving the amount and functional activity of thrombocytes, as well as their survival rate during storage and compensation in vivo.
