FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making inferior eyelid incision. The incision is performing by means of continuous laser radiation of 2.8-3.0 W, light spot diameter being equal to 0.2 mm. Directed air cooling is applied. Surgical laser apparatus is used with directed air cooling of operation field. Skin above the orbicular muscle of eye is separated. Fat hernias are selected and dissected by means of laser radiation. Laser hemostasis is performed using continuous laser radiation. Coagulator grid is applied to the orbicular muscle of eye in pulsating mode with 2.3-2.5 W power and 0.2-0.3 mm large light spot diameter. Exposure time is equal to 0.03 s. Skin excess are found and studied. One of exterior surgical sutures are applied to the skin wound.
