FIELD: pulleys meant for carrying hoisting rope. SUBSTANCE: pulley has first and second flanges forming pair and bordering transversal gap accommodating roller provided with groove meant for rope guiding and installed on first axle; facilities for hinge-jointing of second flange to first axle and allowing for displacement of mentioned flange between closed position of rope holding in enclosed gap and open position of rope laying on roller. Pulley has throw-over device provided with clamp mounted in gap; mentioned throw-over device is installed on second axle for displacement between locked and released positions of rope; mentioned second axle is parallel to first one and has tubular shape with inner duct combined with its mating hole in second flange when the latter is set to closed locked position to pass fastening hook through this space and hole.
