FIELD: lifting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: dual polyspast contains the first and the second flanges with inner and outer surfaces, a pair of pulleys, a gate, a body and a clamp. The pulleys are mounted in line between the flanges. The shutter is mounted movably with the possibility of rotation relative to the first flange between the closed and open position and comes into contact with the second flange in the closed position. The housing is made with the possibility of receiving the cable and is limited by flanges, pulleys and a gate. The latch closes the body in the closed position and defines the slot in the open position. The clamp is mounted with capability of rotating around a rotary spindle attached to the shutter and is rotatable between a locking position, locking the shutter in the closed position, and an unlocking position, allowing the shutter to move between the closed and open positions. The clamp has a tongue that is pressed against the first flange and the shutter in the blocking position, and defines the execution area, separated from the first flange by the shutter. Rotation of the actuating area from the blocking position to the unlocking position corresponds to the movement of the actuating area from the second flange and causes the tongue to rotate.
