SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing fusel oil- base solvent that is a waste of ethyl alcohol production from starch-containing raw and containing alcohol component. Method involves esterification reaction of fusel oil alcohol component with acetic acid in the presence of sulfuric acid as a catalyst and by using all components of fusel oil. Mixing solvent has the following composition, wt.-%: esters of acetate type (ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, isoamyl acetate), 69.7-79.1; aliphatic alcohols (ethanol, propanol, isobutanol, isoamylol), 19.1-29.2; fusel oil impurities, 1.1- -1.8.
