SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of batch, boiling soft starch-containing raw material, saccharification, fermentation, and isolation of ethyl alcohol from mash by rectification. Method is distinguished by that mash is filtered and grain is divided into three streams, the first one being used for washing barley-corn isolated from mash, the second for preparing batch, and the third is withdrawn from the circuit.
