In presented system modules of regulator and transformer with rectifiers form part of communication network. Control units periodically send information into network controller. Control system receives information via external station to secure duplex communication and control with usage of pipe-line and ground located near it in the capacity of conductors. Usually such information is transmitted in the form of fast frequency-shift keying with superimposition of data on system of cathode protection of pipeline.
