SUBSTANCE: aerosol filter has coaxial cylindrical filtering surfaces where one or all filtering surfaces are made of metal gauze with layers of metal wire. Metal gauze base layer 8 has pores. Size of pores of base layer of each filtering surface increases with increase of radius of filtering surface cylinder. Besides, metal gauze of base layer 8 may additionally contain support layer 5 and at least one protective layer 10. Filter in case of bridging is cleaned by back blowing.
