U/O ratio in uranium oxide ranges between 2.05 and 2.31; proportion of fraction measuring 40 mcm in uranium oxide powder is not over 10 mass percent. Aluminum powder incorporates 40-mcm fraction in amount not over 3 mass percent and 100- to 250-mcm fraction in amount of 40 to 60 mass percent. Volume fraction of uranium oxide in compound is 20-40%.
