FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing antiseptic and antibiotic into the urethra. Distal end of the urethra is clamped for the time of curative session. External massage is carried out in the following order: from the glans penis along its trunk to the scrotal and perineal region. The session is terminated with finger massage of the prostate in combination with pelvic fundus muscle contractures carried out by the patient. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating urethra, paraurethral tissues and glands, prostate; reduced risk of traumatic consequences.
