FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and may be used for the treatment of chronic obstructive prostatitis. 10 sessions, 10 minutes each, of rectal pneumovibromassage of the prostate gland are carried out using a rectal pneumovibromassager against the background of urethral administration of a chymotrypsin solution, followed by vacuum aspiration using an electric stimulator aspirator. Moreover, these sessions are carried out daily or every other day. After that, 5 treatment sessions are carried out, each of them includes transrectal pneumomassage with a solution of chymotrypsin and subsequent vacuum aspiration with electrostimulation of the prostate with a current amplitude of 4-110 mA for 10-15 minutes. At the same time, only vacuum aspiration is carried out for the first 5 minutes, then vacuum aspiration with electrical stimulation.
EFFECT: the method provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment of chronic obstructive prostatitis, rapid restoration of prostate function.
