FIELD: drive assembly 2 for ultrasonic sealing unit. SUBSTANCE: type of drive (2) is determined by the fact that it consists of several piezoelectronic ceramic plates (7), which are positioned with intermediate conductive metal plates (8) connected to an AC power source. Ceramic plates (7) and metal plates (8) are pressed jointly with counterweight (9) by screw clamp (10), which partially attaches drive assembly (2) to the ultrasonic sealing unit, and partially transfers the clamping force to drive assembly (2). Counterweight (9) has inner and outer circumferences. To ensure a uniform distribution of pressure on ceramic plates (7) around the entire inner circumference of counterweight (9), provision is made for groove (12), which makes up 20 to 80% of the counterweight thickness on the largest part of its length. The depth of groove (12) makes up 15 to 40% of the thickness of the counterweight material between the inner and outer circumferences. EFFECT: improved construction. 7 cl, 4 dwg
