FIELD: applicable in mining art, production of oil and gas and other mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: optical medium is made in the form of optical polymer with a refractive index exceeding the refractive index of the light-conducting vein of optical fiber. Optical polymer is applied onto the optical windows in the form of a thin film and/or introduced in the composition of the initiated charge. The optical windows have an area of hot less than 0.1 sq. mm. To control the initiation of space diverged charges, the source of luminous energy is coupled to the mentioned charges by means of optical fiber, optical windows are made in it, which are arranged in succession in length. The energy of initiation is controlled with the use of the preset properties of the optical medium. The optical medium is applied onto the optical windows in the form of a thin film and/or introduced in the composition of the initiated charge, and its refractive indices are increased with moving away from the source of luminous energy. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of initiation, increased quantity of simultaneously initiated charges at an equal energy of laser radiation, and simplified manufacture of the device for initiation. 7 cl, 3 dwg
