FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the blasting explosives.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the production process of blasting explosives. The invention presents the method of production of the product made out of the explosive composition providing for: batching of the liquid-viscous and powdery components, their stirring in the vertical mixer with a mixing head having the stirrers and the detachable body; disconnection of the detachable body from the mixing head with stirrers; connection to the piston system of pushing; the piston lowering to contact with the explosive composition without vacuumization of the underpiston space; formation of the product. The stirring action is exercised with usage of the detachable body supplied with the lateral discharge shutter. Before the disconnection of the detachable body from the mixing head with the stirrers - these stirrers of the mixing head are stopped in the opposite side from the lateral discharge shutter; conduct removal of the air from the formed cavity. The inventions provides for production of the products made out of the explosive composition with the threshold of flowability exceeding 500 Pa and the high quality of solidity.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the products made out of the explosive composition with the threshold of flowability exceeding 500 Pa and the high quality of solidity.
