FIELD: manufacture of rocket engine charges from composite solid propellant, in particular, process of preparation of explosive compositions containing oxidants that are liable to agglomeration, applicable in the industry for production of solid- propellant engines of rockets of various classes, powder gas generators, powder borehole pressure accumulators and other items of similar purpose. SUBSTANCE: the device for mixing of explosive composition components has proportioners, worm conveyer delivery device, upper and lower mixers and an explosive composition flow controller between the mixers, which facilitates the destruction of agglomerates of explosive compositions of different viscosity. EFFECT: improved quality of mixing of explosive composition components, improved qualitative characteristics of charges of composite solid propellant containing powdery oxidant liable to formation of solid agglomerates. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
