ARTICULATION JOINT OF MANIPULATOR MEMBERS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: constructions of manipulators, namely articulation joints of manipulator members suitable for using in forest industry branch. SUBSTANCE: articulation joint includes sliding bearing assemblies pressed-in to one member of manipulator and cylindrical axle fixed relative to another member of manipulator. Cylindrical axle has lengthwise duct having one closed end and connected by crosswise ducts with sliding bearing assemblies. In zone of inlet end said lengthwise duct has longitudinal cavity coaxial relative to it and open in one end. In said cavity piston with central axial passage, spring and supporting washer are mounted. One end of central axial passage is open to inlet end of lengthwise duct and it has in its other end press-lubricator turned by its head towards open end of longitudinal cavity. One end of spring engages with end surface of piston; other end of spring engages with end surface of supporting washer joined with cylindrical axle by fixation member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of articulation joint due to improved efficiency of lubrication. 2 cl, 4 dwg
