FIELD: geophysical methods of examination of cased wells. SUBSTANCE: perforation interval and perforation quality of casing string in well are found after descent of down-hole logging instrument into grouted casing string and recording of diagram of electric potential between electrode of down-hole logging instrument and grounded comparison electrode along shaft of well before and after perforation. Degree of communication of pool with internal space of casing string is determined by change of value of potential after perforation. Electric potential in this case should be measured within time interval of six hours after perforation. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of perforation quality of casing string and boundaries of perforation interval. 3 dwg
