SUBSTANCE: device has body, vessel for mixture of working and process media; supply mechanism; DC source and control unit. Body is made in the form of flat base carrying vertical post with bushing, guide members and bracket connected with post for axial and radial motions and provided with flexible members. Vessel for mixture of working and process media is made in the form of hollow cylinder installed with its base on body and accommodating mixing device, heating element and temperature sensor. Located above vessel is holder of part of connection with embracing surface of friction.
