FIELD: chemical technology of fiber materials, textile industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing textile materials to make water- and oil-repellent properties. Textile material is treated with composition containing water- and oil-repellent component with polyfluoroalkyl group and blocked isocyanate as an emulsion. Emulsion has blocked isocyanate, at least one nonionogenic surface- -active substance and liquid medium in the form of water of water mixture with organic solvent in the content of latter 10% of water mass, not above. Mass ratio of blocked isocyanate to surface-active substance is from 60/40 to 90/10. Mean diameter of emulsion is 250 nm, not above.
