FIELD: solar-energy engineering, applicable in solar-heat collectors designed for water heating. SUBSTANCE: the inner surface of pipe 3 of the plate-pipe profile has projecting longitudinal linear parallel ridges over the entire length of the generator, the normal section of the ridges has the shape of rectilinear triangles 8, 0.05 to 1.0-mm high, whose vertices are positioned on a diameter providing for a slide fit on them of isolating tube 7 with its outside diameter. For ensuring of centering of isolating tube 7 relative to the profile pipe the number of ridges-n should be at least 3, the number of ridges cannot exceed n=πD2/a, where a-dimension of the base of the ridge triangular section, m; D2-inside diameter of the pipe profile installed on which with their bases are the ridges, m. To ensure a reliable heat contact, the gaps between the ridges and the cylindrical surfaces of pipe 3 isolating pipe 7 are filled with self-hardening fluid, having survival time T. Manufacture of the absorbing panel of the solar-heat collector at installation of isolating tube 7 is accomplished by movement of the profile isolating tube 7 in the duct of pipe 3 jointly with self hardening fluid at speed V≥L/T.
