FIELD: amplification of high-level power of assemblage of linear power amplifiers. SUBSTANCE: device of integrated linear amplification of power has module 100 of power divider which incorporates channels built on microstrip lines and placed correspondingly between first input lead and aggregate of output leads and radio frequency switches connected correspondingly to each output lead to divide power of input radio frequency signal and to output divided power to output leads, module 300 of power adder which incorporates channels built on microstrip lines and connected correspondingly between aggregate of input leads and one output lead and radio frequency switches connected correspondingly to each input lead to integrate power of input radio frequency signal and to generate summary power and assemblage of linear amplifiers 200 of power with linearization system in the form of predistortion and feed forward which are correspondingly connected between output leads of module 100 and input leads of module 300 for linear amplification of power of radio frequency signal divided in module 100 and for generation of linearly amplified signal to module 300. When at least one linear amplifier fails radio frequency switches coupled to it in module 100 and module 300 are cut out to switch off channel coupled to above-mentioned linear amplifier. In this case corresponding radio frequency signal is reflected back to common output point of module 300 and to common input point of module 100. EFFECT: decreased loss of power of amplified signals. 10 cl, 27 dwg, 1 tbl
