FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing conjunctival and superficial scleral flaps. Deep sclera layers and external wall of Schlemm's canal are removed on the extent of scleral flap bed width. At least three entire implants are introduced as dilators into Schlemm's canal all around the circumference some distance apart from each other. The dilator flaps are manufactured from dehydrated hydrogel material expandable 1.5-5 times as large. None of length, width or height of dehydrated dilator flaps are to exceed 1/2-3/4 of Schlemm's canal width. EFFECT: increasing intraocular fluid discharge from anterior chamber. 1 dwg
