FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming superficial conjunctival flap. Deep scleral flap is formed. Cornea paracentesis is carried out at 3 and 9 o'clock positions. The deep scleral flap is excised. Micro-opening is produced with needle adapter of thermocoagulator device in the Descemet's membrane zone. Air bubble is introduced into the anterior chamber via the paracentesis. The superficial scleral flap is attached to sclera with two interrupted sutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; dosed intraocular fluid discharge.
