SUBSTANCE: this process includes such steps as comminuting animal stock, extracting it in acidic aqueous medium, separation of ballast products and precipitation of peptides with acetone at extract-to-acetone ratio of (1:5) to (1:7) by volume at temperature of +5 to -5 C. Disclosed process prescribes using bird's stomach cuticle as starting stock. EFFECT: disclosed method allows substantially expand spectrum of physiological preparations and stock base for manufacture of such preparations.
