SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical exercises including the system of physical interactions occurring under training or autotraining mode, with flexible spherical object with fluffy surface, such as ball, being used as object of physical interaction, and size and resiliency of ball being chosen provided that it may be held and compressed by user's bent fingers; rolling ball over different body portions and/or over outer surfaces of any physical objects, with ball being rolled by applying additional force to it, as well as without applying such force; whirling ball with fingers without applying force, as well as by applying force, and/or fixing compressed ball to different body portions, as well as to any physical surfaces and/or turning and fixing ball with fingers in different directions and planes and/or throwing ball from one hand to other hand in front of patient, behind patient, with eyes open or closed, and/or holding ball in hand without applying special force or applying force under different compressing mode, and/or tapping with ball over different body surfaces, as well as over any other outer surfaces of objects, and/or squeezing ball between different body portions and surfaces of other physical objects, and/or tapping over ball by any part of limbs and/or throwing up rotating or nonrotating ball, and/or seating on ball. Cooperation with ball is carried out in different postures in static as well as in dynamic positions until required state is reached.
