Perform a 14-day course of daily breathing exercises with biofeedback (BFB) for heart rate and saturation level (SpO₂). Each session includes a warm-up, main and final parts. Moreover, at the end of the main part, sound gymnastics exercises are carried out with the pronunciation of a sound on one exhalation when performing hand movements.

EFFECT: method provides reliable and persistent positive dynamics of heart rate and SpO₂ indicators, as well as breathing rhythm due to gradual adaptation of the patient's body to physical activity, gradual complication of exercises and gradual increase in motor density of exercises.
