SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, pulmonology, medical rehabilitation of patients with COVID-associated pneumonia. Perform a 14-day course of daily breathing exercises with biofeedback (BFB) for heart rate and saturation level (SpO2). Each session includes a warm-up, main and final parts. Moreover, at the end of the main part, sound gymnastics exercises are carried out with the pronunciation of a sound on one exhalation when performing hand movements.
EFFECT: method provides reliable and persistent positive dynamics of heart rate and SpO2 indicators, as well as breathing rhythm due to gradual adaptation of the patient's body to physical activity, gradual complication of exercises and gradual increase in motor density of exercises.
