SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical rehabilitation, methods of spa treatment. Group therapeutic physical exercises are conducted with breathing exercises. The duration of the lesson is 30 minutes, daily, the course is 14 days. The intensity of the exercises is gradually increased and the repetitions of exercises with free voluntary breathing are replaced with repetitions with an extended exhalation, then with repetitions of exercises with exhalation resistance, with exercises with elements of sound gymnastics performed at the end of each lesson. Also, isokinetic exercises for the lower extremities are carried out on devices with biofeedback (BFB) CON-TREX, a course of 10 procedures - 5 days a week, lasting 25 minutes. Periods of training are alternated in the classical isokinetic mode of the complex in the submaximal power zone and periods of rest in the mode of operation of the CON-TREX complex "constant passive movement" (CPM). Classes are conducted on the NIRVANA interactive rehabilitation system with acoustic and visual sensory immersion in virtual reality, using exercises for the upper limbs and shoulder girdle. The duration of each lesson is 30 minutes, 5 days a week, 10 procedures per course. Classes are carried out on an exercise bike-ergometer under the control of heart rate and SpO2 in the process of pulse oximetry. The duration of the lesson is 20 minutes with a load. Course - 10 procedures, 5 days a week.

EFFECT: method provides an individual training regimen with a reduced risk of complications and retraumatization of the lungs, a gradual increase in exercise tolerance, an integrative improvement in the functions of the respiratory, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
