FIELD: chemical industry, particularly, preparation of new materials. SUBSTANCE: mixture comprises, wt.pts: polyamidoimide, 1; polyethylene oxide, 8; polyelectrolytic hydrogel, 3. Fullerene is added at resulting mixture to fullerene weight ratio of 99.5-97.0: 0.5-3.0. Addition of fullerene is carried out at melting temperature of said mixture to fullene cooling temperature fullerene after it has been prepared by distillation and phase transition of carbon-containing material, e. g. spectral carbons. Mixture is stirred till it becomes homogeneous at mixture to water weight from 70-90 to 30-10. The resulting fullerite is essentially gray homogeneous flowing mixture with specific smell. Fullerite is packed into airtight container. To avoid oxidation processes, fullerite is kept in that container in neutral gas atmosphere. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 2 cl
