FIELD: chemical industry, particularly, clearing aqueous solutions from toxic matter, particularly, carbon-carbon composite materials reinforced by pyrocarbon. SUBSTANCE: method comprises several stages of adsorption and regeneration of adsorbent between stages of adsorption using, as adsorbent, carbon- carbon composite material prepared from silicon carbide reinforced by pyrocarbon having total open porosity of at least 80% with volume of sorbing pores of at least 0,44 cu.cm/cu.cm, and adsorption in each stage is carried out till equilibrium is attained in adsorbent- solution system, thermal regeneration of adsorbent being carried out at temperature from 130 to 150 C in nitrogen atmosphere. EFFECT: improved ecological situation due to improved quality of clearing aqueous solutions, sewage from hydrazine and methyl and dimethyl derivatives thereof to permissible concentration level or lower, and shorter operations of clearing aqueous solutions. 1 dwg, 3 ex, 4 tbl
