FIELD: bimetal radiators. SUBSTANCE: radiator module is assembled of three prefabricated parts; first part is upper box with two cases and dissipating plates installed on opposite sides; upper box has threaded holes on ends of horizontal tube incorporating two ducts wherefrom vertical pipe originates; mentioned ducts are formed by pipeline sections with projecting parts and sleeves; second part is assembled of two intermediate boxes made of drawn aluminum section whose vertical pipe has steel tube; third part is lower box with two cases and dissipating plates installed on opposite sides; lower box has threaded holes on ends of horizontal pipe incorporating two mentioned ducts. Installation of three pre-assembled boxes in initial position on frame to form radiator module requires single pressing operation to ensure insertion of duct sleeves into upper and lower holes of vertical pipes; additional strength of structure is ensured due to the fact that projecting ends of two pairs of dissipating plates enclose pairs of ends of drawn aluminum sections in the course of joining. EFFECT: improved anti-corrosive resistance of inlet ends of vertical pipes; reduced cost. 3 cl, 21 dwg
