FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making an incision along boundary of the head area covered with hair or in the area to reach the base of auricle margin. Skin graft is separated to superciliary arch with excessive skin being excised and hemostasis treatment being applied. Four additional cuts are done in fascia and periosteum 6-8 cm far from the base of auricle margin in making equal intervals along the main incision to separate periosteum for 0.5-1.0 cm. The free end of thread is fixed on the first additional cut periosteum portion. Frontal muscle is reinforced with spiral-shaped stitches holding thread under tension beginning from temporal area towards the separated skin area boundary in the area of eyebrow. Soft tissues are sutured in the upper eyelid area returning to the main incision in the front area. The thread is fixed on the second additional cut periosteum portion and turn is done towards separated skin area. A turn is made towards the separated skin area boundary in the area of nasal root. Soft tissues are sutured through their whole thickness returning to the main incision in the front area. The thread end is fixed on the third additional cut periosteum portion. A turn is made towards the separated skin area boundary in the area of the other eyebrow. Soft tissues are sutured in the upper eyelid area returning the thread the temporal area where it is attached to the fourth additional incision in periosteum. EFFECT: long-term removal of wrinkles. 2 dwg
