FIELD: chemical industry; applicable in production at chemical enterprises of elemental sulfur in the form of ready product. SUBSTANCE: plant has granulating tower with disperser installed in upper part on vibroplatform connected with vibrator. Plant is provided with working level transducer and transducer of interlocking of liquid sulfur supply connected with control unit for regulation of level of liquid sulfur and engagement of vibrator in case of clogging of disperser holes. Water jets are located over granulating tower internal perimeter to form cooling zone. Water jets are installed over entire height of liquid sulfur drops falling and directed to side of sulfur flow. Granulating tower lower part has water jets for complete wetting of granules. Exhaust header installed in granulating tower upper part is combined with common discharge header and provided with fan. EFFECT: provided ecologically clean, explosion- and fire-proof process with automatic maintenance of liquid sulfur level in disperser, high-quality granules with preset moisture content. 1 dwg
