New compounds of the formula (I) show property to inhibit tumor necrosis factor R1, R2, R3, R4 and therefore they can be used in pharmaceutical composition as an active component. Also, compounds of the formula (I) can be used in method for decrease of unfavorable levels of tumor necrosis factor--α in mammals.
