SUBSTANCE: invention describes 2,6-dioxopiperidine consisting of: (a) compound of the formula (I) α where one of X and Y means C=O and another of X and Y means C=O or ; one of CH2 means R1,R2,R3,R4 and others are hydrogen atom; -NHR5 means hydrogen atom, R5-alkyl, CO-C1-8; R7-CH(R10)NR8R9 means R6-alkyl; C1-8 means R7; n = 0; each of (CnH2n) and R8 means independently each of other hydrogen atom, R9-alkyl; C1-8 means hydrogen atom and: (b) addition salt of indicated compounds that comprise nitrogen atom that is able for protonation. Invention describes also method for reduction of undesirable levels of TNF-R10 in mammal by administration of effective dose of indicated compound and pharmaceutical composition used for reduction of undesirable levels of TNF-α in mammal comprising indicated compound in the dose sufficient for reduction of levels of TNF-α in regime administration as a single or multiple doses in combination with a carrier.
