FIELD: water protection. SUBSTANCE: device has suspended storage tank with annular restricting members and set of spherical or double cone shaped valves. Total mass of valves corresponds to stable state of their set. Annular restricting members have conical surface with generatrix inclined through 30-40 deg. ; upper member has two conical surfaces and is used as seat of check valve; it is mounted in top part of reservoir; lower member has inner conical surface used as seat for direct-acting valve and is arranged in bottom part of storage tank. Valves are joined together by means of variable- length rod ensuring alternate opening of one valve and closing of other. Rod is passed through sliding support of cross-piece fastened in center of storage tank and projects beyond lower part of cross-piece. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of gathering oil and petroleum derivatives from water surface; enlarged functional capabilities. 6 dwg
