Round hole is to be made in the anterior capsule eccentrically displaced with respect to the anterior capsule with a shift towards tended fibers of Zinn's ligament Dissection is carried out along lens equator in the pupil zone. Hole diameter corresponds to chord length connecting points of attachment of one of fastening members to the lens along the straight line running in perpendicular to lens displacement vector. The straight line is remote from the optical axis to the same distance as the given chord from the lens center. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in adjusting vision in cases with considerable lens deviation from vision axis. 4 dwg
