SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to manual therapy. It involves mobilisation and manipulations on facet intervertebral joints of middle cervical and inferocervical spines for elimination of functional blockades in these joints starting from C2-C3 level to C7-Th1 level. It is followed by elimination of pain trigger points in left and right suboccipital regions by pressing these regions. Then mobilisation and manipulations for elimination of functional blockades of facet intervertebral joints in C1-C2 joint, and also in CO-C1 joint.
EFFECT: method enables blood circulation restoration both in vertebrobasilar arteries, and in internal carotid arteries to provide discirculatory encephalopathy treatment.
