FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening abdominal cavity and capturing the uterus from both sides along rib and pulling to the abdominal wound. Infundibulopelvic ligament is captured and pulled upward outside. The peritoneum is torn near the infundibulopelvic ligament base. Internal peritoneal leaflet of the infundibulopelvic ligament is released. The peritoneum is incised along the torn path above the uterine ligament. Vesicouterine ligaments are cut. Rounded uterine ligament is uncovered on the opposite side. The peritoneum is cut to the infundibulopelvic ligament. Internal peritoneal leaflet of the infundibulopelvic ligament is torn. Sacrouterine ligament is uncovered The peritoneal cut is continued in rectouterine space. The internal peritoneal leaflet of the infundibulopelvic ligament is accessed from the opposite side.
