FIELD: medicine, oncogynecology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with draining retroperitoneal space at widened radical uterine extirpation along with pelvic lymphadenectomy. One should direct catheter through round uterine ligament. Its one end is put into the bottom of removed lymph nodes of retroperitoneal space. Manipulation is repeated from the opposite side. Draining is carried out through catheters' end withdrawn onto the skin of inguinal area. Antibacterial preparations are introduced into retroperitoneal space through catheters' ends withdrawn onto the skin. The present innovation enables to prevent the development of lymph cysts and pelvic infiltrates in retroperitoneal space. EFFECT: higher efficiency of draining. 1 ex
