FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has filter, disk filter with pulsating revolution-type dispersing unit coaxially mounted in series, heat production unit having reactor with mixer and water jacket, product pump, product pipelines with check valves and heating circuit connected to the water jacket. The device has at least one additional heat production unit mounted in counter way with respect to the first one and cooling network connected to water jackets of reactors in parallel to heating circuits. Product pump supplies ingredients into the product pipelines delivering them to the filter through the product pipelines. Product pump of the additional heat production unit reactor enables one to discharge the produced high disperse mixture through the product pipelines.
