FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has carcass with columns, with one of columns being telescopic, shaft carrying drum with first half-coupling, second half- coupling, spring, forward and backward stroke mechanism, brake mechanism drum, levers with loads attached to brake drum at different angles, leveling unit whose cheek is connected to first cable wound onto forward and backward stroke drum, second cable running around leveling unit and connected with its first end to handle. Apparatus is further equipped with second leveling unit through which second cable is passed. Second cable is connected with its second end to column mounted on carcass in the vicinity of forward and backward mechanism. Third and fourth leveling units are fixed in upper and lower parts of telescopic column, respectively. Third cable is connected with its one end to cheek of second leveling unit and passed through third and fourth units and with its other end to strap which is fixed to sportsman's belt during exercising. Apparatus is preferably used for exercising of sportsmen in events based on throwing, rowing and impact motions and provides for differentiated loading of hand, leg or body muscles.
