FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base, column fixed on base and made in the form of telescopically joined tubular parts, four slides mounted on tubular part of maximum diameter, pulley block system having cable connected with its one end to column upper end of minimum diameter and with its other end to handle. Cable runs about three blocks, with first and second blocks being made immovable and fixed to column free end, and third block being made movable and connected to first spring holder, which defines in conjunction with springs and second spring holder a loading creating device. First spring holder is mounted on first upper slide by means of pin for allowing this spring holder to be rotated in vertical plane, and is equipped with device for retaining it in predetermined angular position. Retaining device is positioned on second slide. Second spring holder is mounted in horizontal position on fourth slide so that the latter may be repositioned and fixed in vertical plane, and is equipped with row of horizontal spring fastening openings. Fourth immovable block is mounted on third slide. First spring holder is composed of two rods arranged one above another in vertical plane and joined at their one ends with plank provided with slot and at the other ends - with tightening plank. First spring holder is further provided with blocks, one for each pin, which are movable on upper and lower pins, respectively, and retaining members for setting block motion range. Upper pin block cheeks are joined to movable pulley system cheeks, and lower pin block cheeks are connected to springs of loading creating device. Apparatus is further equipped with pulley system cable tension force and movement sensors, and with cable tension force and motion detector. Apparatus is suitable for exercising sportsman's muscles in events based on pulling and striking motions, for example dzudo, boxing, armwrestling.
