SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame including the racks, one of which is telescopic, a shaft, on which the drum with a half-coupling is placed, a second half-coupling with a spring mechanism of forward and reverse motion, a drum of braking mechanism with a brake band, levers fixed on the brake drum at different angles, a rope-block system controlled and adjusted for a particular athlete. The device is made dismountable, the separate structural units are connected by fastening elements, and consists of three sections: the first comprises mechanisms - the brake and of forward and reverse motion, the second is elongated, and the third is preset. In addition, the device comprises two rope-amortisation power load systems: one - with manual adjustment, and the other - with adjustment by the DC drive, in which the slack of the ropes is selected by the rubber shock absorber, and the power load range is set. Also it comprises the small-size personal computer, for example, such as "notebook', and two digital to analogue converters, a DC motor, a solenoid and peripheral sensors: the second and the third power sensors, the sensors of motion of the brake drum and the drum of forward and reverse motion, fed by electric power from a miniature, but rather capacious battery. The peripheral sensors are electrically connected to the personal computer via USB-port. The electric motor of the drive is connected to the output of the personal computer through the first digital to analogue converter and the control electric circuit, and the solenoid - through the second digital to analogue converter and the electronic amplifier.
