FIELD: sugar-mills. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes vat evaporator 1 provided with heating jackets, indirect heating steam and live steam supply pipe lines, condensate line 9, beet pulp loading and unloading units 3 and 4, mixing unit 2, aspiration pipe 5 and wet cyclone 10 equipped with pipe lines 11, 19 and 12 for supply and discharge of secondary steam and flushing water. Plant is provided with turbo-compressor unit, mixing heat exchanger 15 high-pressure steam supply pipe line and low-pressure discharge pipe line; turbine 13 is connected to high-pressure steam pipe line 17 by its receiving branch pipe and to pipe line 6 supplying indirect heating steam to jacket of evaporator 1 by outlet branch pipe; compressor 14 is connected by its suction branch pipe to pipe line 19 discharge secondary steam from cyclone 10 and by discharge branch pipe it is connected to pipe line 7 feeding live steam to evaporator 1; heat exchanger 15 is provided with condensate trap 16 and is connected to discharge branch pipe of compressor 14, condensate line and low-pressure steam pipe line 18; pipe line 12 supplying flushing water to cyclone 10 is connected to condensate line 9.
