FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, alcoholic beverage industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: extraction apparatus has vertical cylindrical-conical casing with charging and discharge branch pipes, separator coaxially positioned within it and having open top and bottom, built-in heatexchanger made in the form of jacket, percolator, mellowing device, reversible axial-flow pump with rotational speed variator. Apparatus is equipped with outer surface condenser, condensate collector and open steam supply branch pipe. Upon reversal of supply in pump, multidirectional suspension circulation is created with distinct separation of up and down flows. During basic period, pump supply is directed upward, so solution rises within separator, and drops into space between separator and casing.
