FIELD: systems for controlling traffic. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes inductive loop embracing perimeter of zone for controlling traveling part of road and active member of generator, both are connected according to generator circuit. Active member of generator is connected in series with pulse shaper, with unit for measuring frequency and with unit for forming logic signal detecting presence of transport vehicle in controlled zone. Inductive loop is in the form of double-core wire with constant values of linear capacitance and inductivity. Leading end of one core and final end of other core are connected with power source of generator. End of one core is connected with collector of transistor and through first capacitor - with leading end of other core connected through second capacitor with base of transistor.
